A charming, historic house completely restored and nowadays a style icon in The Hamptons hotel scene. The hotel consists out of 22 rooms and suites divided over The House, The Studio and The Cottages.
The House has two One-Bedroom Suites, three King Rooms, and two Twin Rooms which are convertible to Kings.
The Studio is modern and airy, the three stylishly furnished Studio King Rooms are located on the second floor with stunning views of the property. Just two floors above the Spa, the Studio guestrooms are perfect for bridal parties or a relaxing weekend getaway.
The Cottages are located between the Orchard and the Topping Rose Farm, these four Cottages offer the ultimate luxury experience. All Cottage accommodations feature private outdoor space, either a patio or roofdeck, and easy access to the fitness center below. Each Cottage can be booked as a single unit, perfect for families, or separately with two individual guestrooms on the ground floor and a King Suite on the second floor.
The luscious vibe is revealed by the details like all accommodation comes with plush bedding with linen by Frette, bathtowels by Matouk, bathrobes by Chadsworth & Haig.
'The Studio' building is an architectural eye catcher and home to the extended spa where you can get you body recharged by booking one of the Spa treatments or keeping up with your daily fitness routine at the gym.
The restaurant is opened year round and serves breakfast, lunch (or brunch Saturday & Sunday) and dinner. The dinner menu offers a lot of tasty treats and showcases produce from Topping Rose House Farm as well as other local farms, ranches and day boat fishermen who share our commitment to great food.
