This former family mansion has been turned into a stylish classic hotel. A perfect blend of typical Mallorcan architecture and luxury hotel design falling perfectly in to place on a big piece of land surrounded by olive trees, a vineyard and an enormous pool.
Besides relaxing at the pool all day Hotel Son Julia is a perfect starting point for discovering the island. We could not think of a more central location on the island
The restaurant serves great a French cuisine with an Asian twist. All plates are well decorated and tasty as well as the wines. The staff is very well trained and able to tell you exactly what wine is great to accompany your course
The extended breakfast includes a wide variety of fresh fruit and eggs a la carte as well as fresh croissants breads, fresh orange juice and more
All rooms are very spacious and we can say the Imperial suite is one of the biggest hotelrooms we've seen so far
The spa area is not extremely big but offers everything you need including a reasonable sized indoor pool
There are actually two outdoor pools on the estate, the smaller pool area which is situated on the first floor terrace is also a barbecue area. Every Tuesday the restaurant prepares the best steaks and fish from the grill

All rooms are very spacious and cool during hot summer nights
The vineyard is rather young but the Chardonnay was first harvestedcin 2014 and has been bottled and is now ready for consumption. This region and the island is well kept secret for producing excellent wines
The Hotel Son Julia is an excellent starting point for visiting some great vineyards where you can taste and buy beautiful wines directly from the producer. Guided tours are available on request at several great wines estates
We recommend the drive to the eastern part of the island if you are looking for picture perfect bays and beaches. You can also make excellent daytrips to all corners of the island as Mallorca is relatively small making it the perfect island to explore by car. The roads are well maintained and there are several main roads and highways that lead to important junctions from where you can take secondary roads to your planned destination
