We think of Istra as the more pristine and lesser known version of Tuscany. Istria being a wine-producing area will surprise you by the quality of their excellent wines. AzureBooker did some tasting and we advice you to do this as well. Also keep in mind that Istria is responsible for the biggest Truffle harvesting in the world! You can have a truffle covered dish at a lot of easy going restaurants!
The hotel offers two restaurants and a lobby bar. The restaurant called 'Wine Vault' the the perfect place for a wine-orientated gastronomy experience. Restaurant Mediterraneo offers fine dining with a breathtaking bay-view and is inspired by Greek, Spanish, Lebanese and North African cooking
